Esteve Química, as part of the Esteve Group, is faithful to its mission and values, and is committed to creating shared value with its stakeholders through responsible management by integrating ethical, social and environmental commitments beyond the current legislation, in order to contribute to the sustainability of the company and the environment.
Esteve Química implements an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management model based on the principles of the Esteve Code of Ethics and particularly the Environment, Health and Safety Policy of the Esteve Group.
Our management model allows making EHS compliance compatible with business excellence, thus supporting fast and efficient decisions to take action as well as prioritization of investments and measures to be adopted at any particular time.
Esteve Química has implemented its EHS management model in accordance with ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards at all our work centers.
Esteve Química plants thoroughly monitor each environmental vector and prevention measure, and review and assess projects on a continuous basis. Our production plants also include plants for waste water treatment, air emissions control technology, and waste and emission managing control. EHS-related results, performance and new projects or commitments are published in the annual Sustainability Report verified by an independent external body.
