CELRÀ SITE, SPAIN


In 1999 the Celrà manufacturing site installed a unit consisting of 12 independent rooms (with ISO Class 8 design) dedicated to particle size reduction. This unit has all the technology and qualified technical staff needed to meet all requirements for particle size reduction (micronization, milling...).


This unit includes a wide range of equipment - Hosokawa micronizers (with "Opposed Jet Mill" and "Spiral Jet Mill" technology) and a wide variety of mills and sieves -thus allowing operations to be performed with full assurance to the customer and with any product being processed with d(0,9) from several hundreds to a few microns..

At the Shaoxing site, several independent rooms (with ISO Class 8 design) are installed on the first floor of the crystallization unit for particle size reduction operations. These rooms have all the technology and qualified technical staff needed to meet all requirements for particle size reduction (micronization, milling...).


Also installed are two micronizers with "Air flowJet Mill" technology and a wide variety of mills and sieves -thus allowing operations to be performed with full assurance to the customer and with any product being processed with d(0,9) from several hundreds to a few microns.



SINTENOVO SITE, MEXICO


At the Jiutepec manufacturing site, the physical treatment for PSD reduction of active pharmaceutical ingredients is performed in a cleanroom environment equipped with an HVAC system.


Each equipment used for the physical treatment is located in an independent room equipped with single-pass HEPA-filtered air supply providing ISO 14644-1 class 8 cleanroom classification.


Micronization, milling and sieving processes can be performed at our facility to provide a wide range of particle sizes that may vary from several hundreds to a few microns.


Equipment operation and product handling in the cleanroom area is performed exclusively by staff suitably trained on the different procedures required in this work environment.
